Job Requirements

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology or any other allied science course.
• Willing to travel for client visits, product demonstrations, training sessions, and other work-related activities.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with clients and healthcare professionals.
• Willing to undergo product training and learn technical product applications.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Fresh graduates with the appropriate educational background may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Product Demonstration: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for clients, healthcare professionals, laboratories, and other end users.
• Technical Support: Provide product-related technical assistance, explain product features, and guide customers on proper product usage and applications.
• Client Training: Conduct product orientation and training sessions to help customers understand product operation, handling, and maintenance, as applicable.
• Product Application Assistance: Assist clients in selecting and applying suitable products based on their operational requirements and intended use.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through regular visits, follow-ups, and professional service.
• Fieldwork and Client Visits: Travel to hospitals, diagnostic laboratories, clinics, and other client locations to provide product support and assistance.
• Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Help identify product-related concerns and coordinate with the appropriate technical or service team for resolution.
• Sales Team Coordination: Work closely with the sales team to support product presentations, client inquiries, and business development activities.
• Market Feedback: Gather customer feedback, identify product concerns, and report market observations to the appropriate department.
• Documentation and Reporting: Prepare activity reports, client visit reports, training records, and other necessary documentation.
• Product Knowledge Development: Maintain updated knowledge of product specifications, applications, features, and relevant industry developments.
• Other Duties: Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.
