As a Business Development Intern , you'll gain hands-on experience in market research, business planning, pop-up store operations, and lease management . You'll help evaluate potential locations for future kidzooona branches, support market testing initiatives, assist in identifying promising business opportunities, and contribute to lease management coordination and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

POP-UP

• Update and monitor the Pop-Up Store Opening Tracker.

• Monitor mall requirements and document submissions.

• Organize existing and closed store contracts.

• Update equipment and materials inventory.

• Conduct online research on potential malls and competitors.

• Assist in preparing store opening project status reports.

• Monitor pending requirements and upcoming store opening deadlines.

• Assist in preparing checklists and forms for store opening and turnover.

• Encode daily sales of pop-up stores in Google Sheets.

• Assist in preparing and monitoring Requests for Payment (RFPs) for rental and utility payments.

LEASE MANAGEMENT

• Assist in filing bottled water GRPO on SAP for BD affected statements

• Assist in preparing and monitoring Requests for Payment (RFPs) for malls due every 1st, 5th, and 7th (Mitsukoshi, Robinsons, Vista Mall, Megaworld, and Magic Mall)

• Assist in preparing, updating, and monitoring lease status reports.

• Organize, maintain, and regularly update BD files, contracts, and supporting documents.

• Assist in monitoring lease contract expiration dates, renewal schedules, and other important deadlines.

• Support the preparation of monthly BD reports, including lease status updates, pending payments, and documentation concerns.

• Perform data encoding, document scanning, filing, and other administrative tasks related to lease management.

• Perform other administrative and coordination tasks as assigned by the Business Development Department.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing Management, Business Management, Entrepreneurship, Economics, International Business, Operations Management, or any other related business course.

• Requires a minimum of 300 hours up to 600 hours requirement as part of academic curriculum (OJT).

• With good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

• Willing to participate in market research, fieldwork, and site visits when necessary.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about business development and market expansion.

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc).

• Can work both independently and in a team environment.

• Willing to start ASAP.

• Internship Duration: at least 300 to 600 Hours

• Daily Allowance: ₱350 per day (based on actual days worked)

• Work Setup: On-site (Makati City)
