- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with team members to improve the customer experience.
- Provide product information and help customers with their orders.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude and a willingness to learn
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
