Building Maintenance Technician

Job description
Responsible for the maintenance, repair, and general upkeep of building facilities and equipment. This includes performing routine inspections, troubleshooting electrical, carpentry, and plumbing systems, responding to repair requests, and ensuring that all building systems operate efficiently and safely. The technician also assists in minor construction or renovation works and coordinates with contractors or service providers when needed.
