Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily plant maintenance operations
- Ensure all equipment and machinery are in optimal working condition
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Manage and lead the maintenance team, providing technical guidance
- Coordinate with the production team to minimize downtime
- Ensure compliance with safety and food safety standards
- Monitor maintenance budget and spare parts inventory
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Licensed Mechanical Engineer is an advantage
- At least 5–10 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the food manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance systems
- Experience in handling production equipment and plant utilities
- Proven leadership and team management skills
