- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and determine necessary repairs or upgrades.
- Install, maintain and repair a variety of equipment and systems as needed.
- Collaborate with other building staff and contractors to ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used for each task.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years in building maintenance or a related field.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in electrical work, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Skills and Competencies: Experience with installation and welding techniques.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
