Client Profile: This Japanese company was established in 1950 and work on a variety of electrical, air conditioning, sanitation, and fire extinguishing equipment projects in the Philippines and help Japanese businesses who are growing.
Position: HR Employee Relation Specialist
Company Industry: Construction company
Location: Makati
Salary Offer: Php20,000-Php25,000
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00AM to 6:00PM
Work Set Up: On-site
Job Requirements:
- BS degree in Psychology or Human Resources, or a relevant field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in Employee Relations
- Knowledge in DOLE rules is an advantage.
- Amendable to work as soon as possible.
- Amendable to attend face to face interview.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure the organization and its employees comply with labor laws and company policies by interpreting and applying them consistently.
- Advise management and employees on complex issues like disciplinary actions, performance management, and workplace conduct.
- Develop and implement strategies and programs to promote employee engagement and a sense of fairness and respect within the workplace.
- Maintain detailed and confidential records of all employee relations activities.
