Marketing Executive

- Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts
- Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities
- Ability to spot emerging trends
- Familiarity with social media, social networking, email marketing and search engines
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in marketing, business or a related field a plus
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word)
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines

- Campaign Support: Assist with planning, executing, and tracking marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Content Creation: Help develop promotional materials and manage content calendars for different platforms.
- Market Research: Conduct research to identify target audiences and analyze competitor activities.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and monitor social media posts and engage with followers.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Compile marketing data, create reports on campaign effectiveness, and present findings to management.
- Collaboration: Work with other departments like sales, finance, and operations to ensure marketing goals are aligned with business objectives.
- Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent ability to manage multiple tasks and communicate effectively.
- Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze data and interpret trends.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with marketing software and social media platforms.
- Creativity: Creative skills, including writing and design, are often beneficial.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is often preferred, but it is frequently considered an entry-level position.
- Experience: An internship or some previous experience in sales or marketing is helpful, but not always required.
