ACCOUNT OFFICER — 1 FTE (Rank & File)
Work setup: On-site, Ortigas | Mon–Fri, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. | Regular field/client visits
Must-haves:
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Civil, or Mechanical Engineering (license preferred, not required).
• B2B sales experience (technical/solutions selling or enterprise/industrial accounts).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Valid PH driver’s license allowing manual and automatic transmission; comfortable driving 4-wheel vehicles.
• Willing to conduct on-site client meetings and travel as needed.
GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
SALES AND CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE
• Manages receipt and processing of service applications and requirements
• Ensures completion of project design and execution
• Provides support in project closure and operation & maintenance activities
• Credit Management: processes and monitors billing and collection to ensure acceptable DSO levels
• Handles, facilitates, and resolves customer inquiries, requests, and complaints
• Conducts initial evaluation and feasibility assessment of financial models for specific customer requirements
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
• Ensures contract agreements and sign-offs
• Identifies, builds, and maintains strong relationships; develops strategic partnerships with customers
CUSTOMER CONTRACT MANAGEMENT
• Negotiates credit lines with customers
• Develops and maintains service level agreements and contracts
• Manages and ensures compliance monitoring of service delivery
TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES
• Knowledge of strategic selling and relationship management
• Proficiency in verbal and written communication
• Basic cost accounting principles (e.g., Internal Rate of Return, Payback Period Analysis)
• Strong negotiation skills
• Qualified and fit to drive long distances
• Knowledge of EPIRA and RCOA rules
Nice-to-haves:
• Sales experience in solar/renewable energy or energy solutions.
• Engineering license (REE/RME/CE) is an advantage.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and funnel/forecast management.
