Position: IT AppTech

Duties and Responsibilities

• Set up and install computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications.
• Oversee and ensure the proper functioning of computer systems and network infrastructure.
• Assist staff or clients by walking them through steps to configure systems or fix issues, either in person or over the phone.
• Identify and fix hardware and software issues by analyzing system and network errors.
• Replace defective or outdated computer components when necessary.
• Deliver technical assistance, including the preparation of instructional documents and related reports.
• Use written guides and diagrams to diagnose and fix problems or to set up systems.
• Assist with the deployment and implementation of newly developed applications.
• Create user profiles and accounts, and handle login or password-related concerns.
• Provide responses to technical support requests within the designated timeframes.
• Stay focused on assigned tasks until they are fully resolved or referred to external support if needed.
• Manage and prioritize multiple support requests or issues concurrently.
• Build and maintain effective relationships with users and other technical professionals, such as application developers.
• Assess and test new technologies, providing insights based on evaluations.
• Perform electrical safety inspections on computing equipment.
• Take proper and timely action to address concerns raised by users, ensuring issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved technical problems to second- or third-level support teams, keeping users updated throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Candidates should have at least 1-2 years experience as IT Technical Support : ticket handling and more importantly report making and analyzing
• Willing to relocate or work near LIIP Binan Laguna
• Willing to be trained
• Shifting Schedule
