Customer Support Specialist

We are looking for a proactive Customer Care Specialist to manage customer service systems, reports, and daily operations. The role involves data management, process coordination, and supporting customer experience improvements.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage customer service systems and ensure accurate, up-to-date data.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal teams on system issues and updates.
- Prepare and analyze reports on service performance and customer activity.
- Handle billing-related tasks such as statement extraction and payment requests.
- Run customer communication campaigns and service advisories.
- Maintain data quality and update customer records across platforms.
- Manage the knowledge base to support automation and front-line operations.
- Support system integrations, workflows, and configuration changes.
- Assist in customer service programs focused on retention and upgrades.
- Use data tools for reporting and analytics.
- Ensure timely distribution of reports and updates to stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service operations, reporting, or system administration.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and reporting skills.
- Experience with CRM systems, data tools, and system integrations.
- Effective communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is an advantage.
