IT and Networking Supervisor

- Strong knowledgeable of TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VPNs, and network protocols.
- With exposure with Cisco, Juniper, Huawei, or similar enterprise networking equipment.
- Familiar with telecom technologies such as VoIP, SDH/SONET, LTE, or 5G is a plus.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Project management experience (PMP or similar certification a plus).
- Experience in service provider (ISP/telco) environments.
- Understanding of network security, firewalls, and intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS).
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Telecommunications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3-5 years of experience in network engineering or telecom infrastructure, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
