About the Role
We are seeking a highly adaptable and systems-minded Digital Systems & Technology Specialist to support and optimize a broad range of digital platforms, business systems, and technology initiatives across our organization.
This is not a traditional IT support role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically about how technology, automation, AI, and digital systems can improve business processes and drive operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will possess a diverse technical skill set spanning website management, SEO/AEO, data visualization, business systems, Microsoft 365, and digital process improvement. They will play a key role in ensuring our technology ecosystem is effective, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Systems & Business Technology
- Provide day-to-day support and administration across digital platforms and business systems.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, integrations, and technology solutions.
- Assist with system implementation, optimization, and ongoing maintenance.
- Support Microsoft 365 and SharePoint environments, including user management, permissions, and collaboration tools.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide general IT support where required.
Website Management & Digital Presence
- Manage and maintain company websites.
- Monitor website performance and user experience.
- Implement website improvements and optimizations.
- Support SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) initiatives to improve online visibility and search performance.
Data & Reporting
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
- Analyze business data and present actionable insights.
- Work with stakeholders to create meaningful reporting solutions and visualizations.
Business Platforms & Applications
- Support platforms such as Truhull or similar operational/business systems.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to existing technology tools and processes.
- Assist with platform integrations and data management.
Technical Development
- Perform basic coding, scripting, and development tasks where required.
- Support automation initiatives using AI tools and emerging technologies.
- Create technical solutions that streamline operations and reduce manual effort.
Process Improvement & Innovation
- Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve efficiency and business outcomes.
- Stay informed about emerging digital tools, AI applications, and industry best practices.
- Contribute ideas that provide strategic value beyond routine administrative or support functions.
Requirements
Essential
- Strong experience with website management and optimization.
- Practical knowledge of SEO and AEO strategies.
- Experience developing dashboards and reports using Power BI.
- Strong Microsoft 365 and SharePoint administration skills.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including complex formulas, data analysis, and reporting.
- Experience troubleshooting digital systems and providing general IT support.
- Understanding of business systems and software platforms.
- Basic coding or scripting experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Highly Desirable
- Experience with Truhull or similar business management platforms.
- Experience with AI tools and workflow automation platforms.
- Knowledge of APIs, integrations, and low-code/no-code solutions.
- Experience implementing digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with SQL, Power Automate, Power Apps, or similar technologies.

This role is subject to a number of skills and possible online practical tests.
This position is an onsite role at our Pampanga office. Candidate must be willing to work on-site.
