Residential and Commercial Estimator (Cubit - AUS Experience)

Residential & Commercial Estimator (Cubit | Australian Construction Experience) Location: Sto. Domingo, Angeles City Employment Type: Full-Time (Monday to Friday) About the Role We are seeking an experienced Residential & Commercial Estimator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Australian construction, with proven experience preparing accurate estimates and tender submissions for residential and commercial projects. Proficiency in Cubit Estimating Software is essential. Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed quantity take-offs from architectural and engineering drawings. Develop accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects. Prepare and submit tender proposals within required deadlines. Review project plans, specifications, and scope documents. Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations. Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), cost plans, and estimate reports. Maintain and update pricing databases and cost libraries. Liaise with project managers, suppliers, subcontractors, and clients. Identify cost-saving opportunities and value engineering solutions. Ensure estimates comply with Australian construction standards and project requirements. Qualifications & Experience Minimum 3 years' experience as an Estimator in the Australian construction industry. Proven experience with both residential and commercial projects. Strong proficiency in Cubit Estimating Software. Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and engineering drawings. Sound knowledge of Australian construction methods, materials, and building practices. Experience preparing tender submissions and cost estimates. Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other estimating tools. Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field. Experience with Cubit, Buildxact, CostX, Bluebeam, or similar software.
