Sales Assistant

- Assist customers with product selection and inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service at all times
- Process transactions using the cash register accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable sales floor
- Restock shelves and manage inventory levels
- Support promotional activities and store events
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales goals
- Follow company policies and procedures for smooth store operations
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience: Less than 1 year of retail or customer service experience preferred (especially in drugstore like Mercury Drug as Sales Assistant)
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of sales and retail procedures
- Ability to operate a cash register and handle transactions confidently
