1. Educational Background
- Degree or relevant course in Business Administrations/Communication/Chemistry or related degrees.
2. Administrative Skills
- Proficiency in office software such as MS Office, Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.
3. Communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Can communicate professionally with clients, team members and other stakeholders.
4. Organizational Skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
5. Attention to Detail
- Accuracy in handling data, preparing reports and maintaining documentation.
6. Customer Service
- Ability to provide courteous and effective customer service.
- Responding to inquiries and issues in a timely manner.
7. Time Management
- Efficiently managing time to meet deadlines and complete tasks promptly.
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
8. Team Collaboration
- Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team, toll manufacturer and other departments.
- Providing support to the sales team
9. Problem-solving skills
- Can identify issues and find practical solutions.

- Willingness to adapt to changes in tasks and responsibilities.

- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
12. Record keeping
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and other relevant information.

- Understand the importance of punctuality in maintaining an efficient and productive work environment.
Other Tasks:
- Manage Customer Inquiry documentation and response.
- Manage Customer Complaint documentation and response.
- Maintain and request updated technical documentation locations, as needed.
- Request retesting for items expiring 1 month before the delivery date (and if passed, extension for 2 months after the testing date).
- Screenshot/Extraction of the relevant Sales Dashboard data for presentation in case of slow connection.
