We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Restaurant Supervisor to oversee daily operations and support team performance. This role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership experience, analytical thinking, and a passion for delivering exceptional guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house operations to ensure smooth service flow
- Monitor and report on Profit & Loss (P&L), food costs, and operational budgets
- Prepare and deliver presentations related to store performance and team development
- Lead and coach team members, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Ensure compliance with company standards, safety, and sanitation protocols
- Manage scheduling, inventory, and order forecasting
Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications:
- College graduate (any course); open to all disciplines with relevant experience
- 2–3 years of leadership experience in the restaurant industry
- Previous supervisory experience with formal supervisor title required
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
- Outstanding leadership and interpersonal abilities
