- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with a positive attitude.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking products as needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
