REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who are proficient in Mandarin & English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and any related courses.
• Having 3-5 years marketing communications (agency or client side) with a focus on event marketing and virtual events.
• Knowledgeable in client account management and project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong understanding of marketing communications, including the planning and execution of both digital and traditional marketing initiatives.
• Familiarity with Marketo or other marketing automation platforms is highly preferred and considered an advantage.
• Ability to manage relationships across different stakeholders, work collaboratively and find resolutions for conflicts and issues

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Support Project Execution Leads in planning, coordinating, and executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Assist in campaign setup, project tracking, and ensuring smooth data flow across marketing systems.
• Coordinate demand generation activities, lead acquisition, lead uploads, and content publishing.
• Support the execution of virtual and onsite events, including event preparation, registration, and logistics.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updates.
• Ensure marketing data accuracy and maintain campaign records and metadata.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of marketing projects.
