REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak, read, and write in Mandarin.
• Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak English and Tagalog.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Having at least 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of labor legislation and recruitment compliance is an advantage.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:

• Mandarin Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
• Work closely with department managers to understand hiring requirements and identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Source qualified Mandarin-speaking candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess qualifications, language proficiency, and overall job fit before endorsing them to the hiring team.
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers while ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, update applicant tracking systems, and prepare regular recruitment reports to monitor hiring progress.
• Deliver a professional and positive candidate experience by providing timely communication and support throughout the hiring process.
