Brand Ambassador

Services, engaging with potential clients, and driving membership and program sales. This role requires a confident, presentable, and results-driven individual who can embody the brand’s image and actively contribute to business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote KSYN Fitness services, programs, and memberships both in-gym and through external outreach
- Engage with walk-in clients, inquiries, and leads to convert into memberships or packages
- Assist in sales activities, including presentations, tours, and client follow-ups
- Maintain a strong presence on social media (if required) to support marketing efforts
- Build and maintain positive relationships with members and prospects
- Support events, activations, and promotional campaigns of the gym
- Coordinate with coaches and front desk staff to ensure smooth client onboarding
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs
Qualifications:
- With a confident and presentable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales-oriented and goal-driven mindset
- Computer literate (basic MS Office, email handling, and POS systems)
- Background in fitness, sales, or customer service is an advantage
- Comfortable speaking in English and Filipino
- Basic knowledge of gym services and fitness lifestyle is a plus
