An Inbound Sales Representative (Hotel & Reservations Account) is responsible for assisting travelers with booking accommodations, handling inquiries about hotels, and ensuring a smooth reservation process. This role combines customer service and sales skills , requiring strong communication, empathy, and the ability to upsell services to maximize revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from guests seeking hotel reservations or travel-related information.
- Provide accurate details on room availability, pricing, amenities, promotions, and policies.
- Assist guests in booking accommodations , ensuring preferences and special requests are properly recorded.
- Upsell additional services such as room upgrades, amenities, packages, or travel bundles to enhance guest experience.
- Process payments and confirm bookings using reservation systems in compliance with company policies.
- Resolve guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and empathy to ensure satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of hotel offerings and promotions to provide expert guidance.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by converting inquiries into confirmed reservations.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and achieve performance goals
