We are seeking a Finance Manager with a strong foundation in financial analysis, cash flow management, and cost control. This role goes beyond traditional reporting—it requires a hands-on leader who can provide deep financial insights, strengthen controls, and safeguard the company’s financial position.
This position is part of a long-term succession plan, offering the opportunity to grow into broader strategic leadership responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead cash flow forecasting and ensure strong working capital management
- Monitor, analyze, and optimize cash position to support business stability and growth
- Drive cost control initiatives and promote financial discipline across the organization
- Establish and strengthen internal controls, financial policies, and risk management practices
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making (beyond basic reporting)
- Provide actionable insights to improve operational and financial performance
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial objectives
- Support leadership in strategic planning and long-term financial direction
- Ensure accuracy, integrity, and timeliness of financial data and reporting
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred)
- 8–15+ years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role
- Strong expertise in cash flow management, working capital, and financial controls
- Proven track record in cost management and financial analysis
- Experience in manufacturing, trading, or similar industries is an advantage
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with high attention to detail
- Demonstrates ownership, accountability, and sound financial judgment
- Ability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Willing to be based in Bulacan
