Recruitment Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Own delivery quality on Australian client engagements - screening, calibration, shortlist review, weekly quality sampling
- Join client conversations as senior Australian-market voice in the room
- Design and deliver the Australian market training curriculum from scratch: Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS workflows (Bullhorn, JobAdder), AU employment fundamentals, work-rights screening, and communication standards
- Train and certify recruiters, sourcers, and coordinators against a submittal quality rubric you author
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of recruitment experience on Australian roles - on a desk in Australia (agency or in-house), or delivering AU accounts from the Philippines with an offshoring/rpo firm
- Fluency with Seek and Seek Talent Search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and one major ATS (Bullhorn, JobAdder, or Vincere)
- Working knowledge of Australian employment fundamentals
- Experience mentoring or training recruiters
- Willing to work in Australian Business hours
