Government & Tax Compliance
- Process BIR declarations and ensure timely submission.
- Handle 1601 (withholding tax) completion and related attachments.
- Prepare and release 2307 certificates to suppliers/clients.
- Manage VAT/Percentage Tax (MP/BP) filings quarterly .
- Handle Alphalist preparation and submission .
- Assist in Property Tax processing and payments.
Company & Property Documentation
- Manage DKS property documents and related updates.
- Process property documents as required.
Financial & Audit Support
- Assist in preparing P/S (Purchases/Sales)documents for accounting or auditing.
- Assist in processing loans documentation and requirements.
- Process insurance documents and renewals.
Import & Regulatory Compliance
- Handle imports documentation .
- Secure and update import permits .
Other Tasks
- Process personal documents or miscellaneous documents for management when needed.
- Conduct fieldwork for document submission, collection, verification, or follow-ups.
- Coordinate with government offices (BIR, LGU, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG), banks, suppliers, and clients.
- Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy of all documents handled.
