JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Open to Filipinos and Filipino-Chinese who can speak Mandarin & English.
- Open to foreign nationals and can process a working visa.
- Open to Fresh graduates and Bachelor's Degree in any course.
- Having related experience is a big plus
- Willing to work on a flexible schedule.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage vessel schedules, cargo movements, and delivery timelines to support efficient shipping operations.
- Coordinate with Mandarin-speaking suppliers, contractors, and business partners regarding logistics and shipment-related matters.
- Prepare, review, and maintain essential shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading.
- Track shipment status, address logistics challenges, and collaborate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and port authorities to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.
