Machinist

Orion Dockyard Inc. is looking for a skilled  Machinist to join our team in  Orion, Bataan . The role involves operating, maintaining, and repairing industrial machinery to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced in precision machining.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain  lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machining equipment .
• Read and interpret  blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders .
• Perform  precision machining, cutting, shaping, and assembly of metal parts.
• Conduct routine  maintenance and troubleshooting on machines.
• Ensure all work meets  quality, safety, and production standards .
• Keep work area organized and compliant with  safety protocols .

Job Requirements

• Vocational Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience as a Machinist or in a related role.
• Ability to read and interpret  technical drawings and blueprints .
• Skilled in  metalworking, precision measurement, and machine operation .
• Knowledge of  workshop safety and machine maintenance .
