REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:

• Open to Filipino and Filipino-Chinese candidates who are proficient in both Mandarin and English.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or any related field.
• Experience working in a Production Engineering or Engineering Department is highly preferred.
• Previous experience as a Mandarin Translator or Interpreter is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interpret technical discussions accurately.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide real-time Mandarin-English interpretation during meetings, production discussions, technical briefings, and daily operations.
• Translate verbal and written instructions between Mandarin-speaking supervisors or engineers and local employees.
• Support effective communication between Mandarin-speaking engineers, managers, and the Production Engineering team.
• Serve as the primary communication bridge between local staff and Mandarin-speaking counterparts.
• Accompany Mandarin-speaking supervisors and engineers during production line inspections and operational activities.
• Interpret technical documents, reports, work instructions, and other production-related materials as needed.
• Ensure accurate and confidential interpretation and translation of technical information.
• Perform other interpretation and administrative tasks assigned by management.
