Description - Translate written documents from Mandarin to English and vice versa.
- Facilitate communication between English and Chinese-speaking parties.
- Proofread and edit translations to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Research terminology and cultural nuances to enhance translation quality.
- Provide support in meetings by interpreting between languages when needed.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics, Translation, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in English and Mandarin Chinese, both written and spoken.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.
- Working Conditions: Office-based
