Description - Oversee and manage all construction projects from inception to completion.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Develop project schedules and budgets, ensuring time and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor construction progress and quality.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or a related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in construction management
- Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and highly organized
