Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business management, or related field
- Atleast 6 month of experience in an HR related role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, excellent organizational and time management skills, attention to detail, and problem solving abilities
Job summary:
- Identifying, screening, and attracting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and facilitating the onboarding process for new hires.
- Maintaining employee records and ensuring accurate documentation for various HR Functions
- Ensuring the organization adheres to labor laws and regulations, and maintaining confidentiality of sensitive employee information.
- Accurate and timely preparation of payroll report (with zero audit findings and complaints)
- Leave Credits availments Monitoring
- 13th month pay computation and final pay computation for separated employees
- Salary loan deduction and other charges/deductions monitoring
- Monitor the processing of payments of monthly remittances (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) of the assigned refilling plant
- Handles corrective action process based on the Company policy
- Documentation of all the actions made for every incident report received
- Coordination and documentation of performance evaluation forms (3rd and 5th month)
- Conducts exit interview to separated employee
- Prepare monthly report
- Perform other task as needed
