Showroom Manager

Responsibilities - Oversee Operations : Ensure daily activities of the showroom run smoothly and meet high customer service standards.
- Inventory & Stock Control : Manage inventory, stock levels, and visual merchandising to boost sales and customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership : Supervise and provide training and guidance to showroom staff.
- Collaboration : Coordinate with the sales, marketing, and logistics teams to enhance showroom performance.
- Strategy Development : Create and execute strategies to drive sales and profitability.
- Customer & Supplier Relations : Maintain strong relationships, resolve issues quickly.
- Sales Monitoring : Track and report sales, inventory, and customer feedback.
Job Requirements
- Experience : At least 3 years of experience in a managerial role within the sanitary wares and products industry.
- Skills : Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and handle fast-paced environments.
- Customer Service : Strong customer-oriented approach.
- Management : Experience with inventory management and sales reporting.
- Technology Proficiency : Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP system knowledge is a plus.
This is an excellent role for someone with experience in retail management and the sanitary wares industry, especially for a leader capable of enhancing operations and sales performance while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
