Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Construction Manager or in a similar supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle (preferred), with reimbursement for travel expenses.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project).
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and provide guidance to site engineers across multiple project locations.
- Ensure adherence to construction schedules, quality standards, and project deadlines.
- Regularly visit project sites to oversee construction activities and resolve any issues.
- Coordinate with site engineers to monitor project progress and performance.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the procurement team to manage resources and materials effectively.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management.
- Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among site engineers.
