Branch Manager

The Aristocrat Restaurant (Roxas Food Ventures)
- Lead and manage daily operations of the branch to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient workflow.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote branch services and attract new customers.
- Oversee inventory management to maintain optimal stock levels and reduce wastage.
- Conduct regular team meetings to foster communication, collaboration, and team morale.
- Train, mentor, and develop branch staff to enhance their skills and improve overall performance.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong marketing, teamwork, and inventory management skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills.
- Working Conditions: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varying shifts.
