Accounting Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION AND QUALIFICATION:
- Oversee the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable process to ensure collection and timely payments.
- Analyze financial data and prepares accurate and timely financial reports and financial statements
- Oversee the Accounting Department, establish accounting systems and procedures, manage all financial reporting, works with the CFO to establish guidelines and policies
- Coordinates with treasury manager in managing cash flow ensuring liquidity to meet its obligation.
- Performs budget and forecasting. Develop and monitor budgets, track actual results against budget.
- In-charge in compliance and audits, ensuring that the company adheres to accounting standards and regulations.
- Formulates policies and procedures for Accounting Department.
- Assist the organization in making financial decision and strategies.
- Oversee inventory management.
- Attends MANCOM meetings
- Other Task that may be assigned from time to time.
QUALIFICATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, preferably BS-Accountancy
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other relevant accounting certifications is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledgeable in Accounting Software
- Strong analytical, problem solving and communication skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Detailed and result oriented
