Accounting Manager

- Actively trains, supervises and mentors accounting staff. Maintains strong employee relationships.
- Ensures accurate and timely recording and reporting of all financial data according to Philippine Accounting Standards.
- Validates and monitors revenue and expenses.
- Monitors accounts payables, accounts receivable, cash receipts, disbursements and general ledger. Manages cash flow.
- Coordinates and prepares the annual financial budget.
- Collaborates with other financial staff to support and enable the department to meet overall goals and objectives.
- Certified Public Accountant
- With at least 4-5 years of experience as an Accounting supervisor or Accounting Manager
- With experience in FMCG food or non-food
- Knowledge of accounting principles, standards, regulations, laws and practices other government reportorial requirements
- Knowledgeable in Oracle Netsuite an advantage
- Can start as soon as possible is a big plus
