Call Center Representative

- Document and update customer interactions in the database.
- Resolve issues promptly and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain product knowledge to effectively assist customers.
- Educational Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Experience Level: 0–2 years.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong English language skills.

- Skills and Competencies: Effective problem-solving abilities.
