REQUIREMENTS OF THE JOB:
- ️Proficient in Cantonese and conversational-proficient in English
- ️Open to High School graduates, Undergraduates, and Bachelor’s graduates in any courses.
- ️Open to no related experience.
- ️Having customer service experience is an advantage.
- ️Having BPO experience is a big plus
- ️Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer handling skills.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF JOB APPLICATION:
- ️Communicate with customers through phone calls to address transportation, logistics, and delivery-related inquiries.
- ️Assist customers with package tracking, shipment status, and delivery concerns.
- ️Process customer requests for refunds, returns, and order-related concerns in accordance with company policies.
- ️Support customers with order processing, modifications, cancellations, and delivery updates.
- ️Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure timely service.
- ️Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions while delivering excellent customer service.
