Key Responsibilities
- Monitor GPS tracking systems to oversee vehicle and asset movement in real time
- Track delivery schedules and report delays, route deviations, or unauthorized stops
- Communicate with drivers to provide route assistance, address issues, and relay urgent instructions
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree related to the field
- Proficient in GPS tracking platforms and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Detail-oriented and able to work in a fast-paced environment
