JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Occupational Health and Safety, Construction Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction safety management. Strong knowledge of construction safety regulations, standards, and best practices. Certified Safety Professional (CSP), Construction Safety and Health (COSH), or equivalent certification is preferred. Experience conducting safety audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to train and motivate employees on safety awareness and compliance. Proficient in Microsoft Office and safety reporting systems. Ability to work on construction sites and travel as required. Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment.
