ROLE SUMMARY

The Chat Support Representative will assist customers through online chat platforms by answering inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information in a timely and professional manner. WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information and appropriate solutions to customer concerns

• Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate team when necessary

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School or Senior High School graduate (college level or graduate is an advantage)
• No experience required
• Open to fresh graduates and career shifters
• Good English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Fast typing skills and attention to detail

• Willing to work onsite and on shifting schedules
