Job Summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and attracting candidates to interviewing and hiring top talent. The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of the APAC labor market , excellent communication skills, and experience recruiting for a variety of roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for assigned roles.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition leaders to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and professional networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience recruiting within the APAC market ; experience in BPO, technology, or corporate roles is a plus.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools, including ADP .
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and deadlines effectively.
- Knowledge of local labor laws and hiring practices.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with high-volume hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills, including LinkedIn, job boards, and Boolean search .
- Experience with employer branding and recruitment marketing.
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills.
