Part-Time Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and people-focused Part-Time Talent Acquisition Coordinator / Recruiter to support our growing senior care franchise location. This person will take ownership of the early stages of our hiring process, ensuring applicants are followed up with quickly, screened thoroughly, and properly evaluated before being presented to the owner for consideration. The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with applicants, assessing talent against established criteria, coordinating interviews, maintaining accurate candidate records, and helping new hires move smoothly through the onboarding process. • Candidate Sourcing & Applicant Follow-Up

• Monitor and review incoming applicants from job boards and other recruiting channels.

• Respond to applicants promptly and professionally.

• Conduct initial outreach via phone, text, and/or email.

• Follow up consistently with candidates throughout the recruiting process.

• Maintain an organized pipeline of active, inactive, and interview-ready candidates.

• Help keep strong candidates engaged so qualified applicants do not fall through the cracks. Candidate Screening & Pre-Vetting

• Conduct initial phone or video screens with applicants.

• Evaluate candidates based on established hiring criteria and role requirements.

• Assess communication skills, professionalism, reliability, availability, experience, and overall fit. · Identify potential concerns, red flags, or inconsistencies before advancing candidates.

• Rate and document candidates using a consistent screening scorecard.

• Provide the owner with a concise summary of each recommended candidate.

• Only advance candidates who meet the agreed-upon qualifications and standards. Interview Coordination

• Coordinate interviews between qualified candidates and the owner.

• Manage scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling.

• Ensure candidates arrive prepared and understand what to expect from the interview process.

• Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the interview stage.

• Track interview outcomes and next steps. Onboarding Support

• Assist with the administrative portions of the new-hire onboarding process.

• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure required documents and information are completed.

• Help keep new hires moving through the onboarding process without unnecessary delays.

• Communicate outstanding onboarding items to the appropriate team member.

• Maintain accurate candidate and onboarding records. Recruiting Process Improvement

• Track recruiting activity and identify where candidates are dropping out of the process.

• Provide feedback on applicant quality and recruiting channels.

• Help improve response times, screening consistency, and candidate experience.

• Maintain a clean and organized recruiting pipeline.

Experience recruiting for healthcare, senior care, home care, caregiving, hospitality, customer service, or other high-volume hourly positions is a strong plus. On-site LATAM/Philippines or Kenya. Open to become a hybrid/remote eventually. ⌚Schedule Part-Time (9am to 1pm)) Approximately 15–25 hours per week, with the potential to increase hours as hiring volume grows. The schedule should provide sufficient availability during normal business hours to communicate with applicants and coordinate interviews. Why Join Us?
