Description - Source and attract candidates using various recruitment strategies.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates’ qualifications.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
- Maintain and update candidate database using the applicant tracking system.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Strong recruiting and talent management skills
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
