Top Asia is a premier HR Consulting and Outsourcing company. We seek a meticulous Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team and assist in processing general accounting and bookkeeping transactions, with a focus on accounts payable.
Job Summary:
As an Accounts Payable Assistant, it is important to us that you share our core values: integrity, dedication, and excellence. We are looking for someone who is exceptionally organized, highly analytical, and detail-oriented. You will be guided and mentored by the Accounting Supervisor to align with the company's vision, mission, and objectives. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience and broaden your expertise in payables and financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare, file, record, and regularly update payable accounts and financial reports.
- Audit receipts, invoices, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.
- Analyze transactional expenses and provide administrative support to the accounting team.
- Perform regular reconciliations of receipts, ledgers, and accounts.
- Investigate and resolve transaction discrepancies promptly.
Job Specifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Information System, Data Analytics, or other related accounting/information systems fields.
- Strong familiarity with bookkeeping principles and basic accounting procedures.
- Hands-on experience with spreadsheet applications (Google Sheets).
- Prior work experience in a similar role is a strong advantage.
- For fresh graduate applicants, familiarity in spreadsheet applications is an advantage.
- Willing to work full-time and on-site in San Juan City.
