JBN Internet Cafe
- An Internet cafe cashier is responsible for managing customer transactions in a setting where people use computers and the internet.
- Processing Payments: Handling cash, credit card, and other forms of payment for internet usage, printing services, or other services offered by the cafe.
- Customer Service: Greeting customers, assisting them with setting up accounts, helping them access computers, and answering any questions they may have about available services.
- Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is generally required. Some employers may prefer candidates with additional education or certifications in customer service or IT.
- Experience: Previous experience in cashiering, customer service, or working in a computer-related environment is often preferred but not always necessary. On-the-job training is usually provided.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, internet browsing, and troubleshooting minor issues. Familiarity with software programs and computer peripherals (e.g., printers) is helpful.
- Mathematical Skills: Ability to handle cash transactions, make change, and process payments accurately.
