A Cashier in a Cooperative office typically handles financial transactions and ensures smooth operations of cash flow within the organization. The job description may include:
- Processing Transactions: Handle cash, checks, and electronic payments, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions.
- Maintaining Records: Keep detailed and accurate records of all financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and payments.
- Customer Service: Assist cooperative members by answering inquiries, processing member accounts, and providing information regarding financial products.
- Balancing Cash Drawer: Ensure cash drawers are balanced at the beginning and end of each shift, reconciling discrepancies promptly.
- -Detail-oriented, and good with customers
- -All gender are welcome
- -Trustworthy and with pleasing personality
- -18 years old and above
- -High School Graduate, ALS ,Senior/Junior High or HIGHER
- -With experience is a plus or w/o experience as long as willing to be trained
- -Can work shifting schedule, flexible hours including weekends or holiday
- -Physically fit
- -good with customer service is an edge
