Qualifications:
- Preferably with motorcycle and valid driver's license.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources/Psychology or any related course.
- At least 1-2 years experience as HR Field Coordinator or any similar role.
- Can handle performance management, employee relations, and timekeeping of the employees.
- Willing to travel and do regular fieldwork.
- With strong leadership skills and can adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- With primary employment requirements.
- Amenable to work 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday).
- Willing to work in a service provider/manpower agency industry.
- Residing around Mandaluyong City.
