Key Responsibilities
Support & Testing Activities
Responsible for completing assigned activities and cases across the following areas:
- User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Deployment checks and impact assessments
- Peer review and sign‑off
User Acceptance Testing & System Validation
- Execute UAT across SAP, SuccessFactors, and ServiceNow Case Management to validate enhancements, configurations, and new functionalities.
- Manage and perform high‑priority, complex support and testing tasks.
- Coordinate with DevOps teams to identify, monitor, and resolve system defects.
- Conduct deployment readiness checks and post‑deployment validations to ensure smooth and successful releases.
Process Improvements & Issue Resolution
Responsible for driving improvements and streamlining processes, including but not limited to:
- Performing UAT, controls testing, and process testing for changes affecting outsourced HR processes.
- Executing country statutory updates, system change communications, WalkMe configurations, and maintaining payroll‑related knowledge.
- Running test cases for client‑prescribed changes from Technology or Change Management teams.
- Assessing test scenarios, documenting pass/fail results in HPALM, and providing detailed descriptions for failed cases.
- Participating in daily test stand‑up meetings to raise risks, issues, and support needs.
- Recommending additional test scenarios when necessary.
- Testing and retesting all assigned scenarios to ensure quality and completeness.
- Processing workflow redelegations in SuccessFactors.
- Configuring and maintaining WalkMe content.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience supporting SAP, SuccessFactors, ServiceNow Case Management, and HR systems.
- Strong knowledge of UAT processes, defect management, and deployment validation.
- Experience collaborating with DevOps, technical teams, and business stakeholders to resolve system issues.
- Hands‑on experience configuring WalkMe solutions (ShoutOuts, SmartTips, Smart Walk‑Thrus, Launchers, Shuttles).
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well in a fast‑paced environment.
