Field Auditor

The Field Auditor is responsible for conducting on-site audits and assessments at client or branch locations to ensure compliance with operational, financial, and regulatory standards. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, industry-specific knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. This position may involve frequent travel to various sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct field audits to evaluate compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Review operational processes, financial records, inventory, and documentation to identify inconsistencies or areas for improvement.
• Prepare clear, accurate, and comprehensive audit reports, including findings and corrective action recommendations.
• Coordinate with branch or client personnel during audit activities to gather necessary information and validate data.
• Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on unresolved issues.
• Identify risks, potential discrepancies, and opportunities to strengthen internal controls.
• Ensure adherence to audit schedules and timelines.
• Communicate audit results professionally and provide guidance to improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and auditing methods.
• Understanding of industry standards, operational processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience in field auditing, compliance, or related roles is an advantage.
